Burek can come in many forms but is safely described as a savory-stuffed pastry filled with beef, lamb, cheese, and/or spinach. It is a popular street food in Eastern Europe but also a staple at every breakfast, lunch, and dinner table, as a legacy of the Ottoman Empire. We’ll make versions of spinach & cheese and spiced beef and will pair it perfectly with a yogurt dipping sauce. Your palette will never be the same!
