Tapas are a wide variety of snacks and appetizers in Spanish cuisine – and that’s what we’ll be making! Tapas can be hot, cold, spicy, veggie, seafood and more – anything you want to munch on while sitting on a patio in Spain during the afternoon. We will be choosing four different tapas recipes to make during this class, offering a wide range of tastes! (We are still researching the best recipes, so stay tuned for exact tapas choices). You’ll be able to take home these recipes and impress all of your friends at your next gathering. Teaser: goat cheese-stuffed, bacon-wrapped dates will be involved.
